The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment throughout the hotel, contributing directly to the overall guest experience. Attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to established standards
- Maintaining cleanliness in corridors, public areas, and other assigned spaces
- Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns to the relevant department
- Handling housekeeping supplies and equipment with care
- Responding to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
