The Host – Housekeeping will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are cleaned, organized, and well-presented in accordance with hotel standards. The role requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction and a proactive approach to daily housekeeping duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the required brand standards
- Replenish room amenities and supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department promptly
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition
- Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner
