Head – Supply Chain
A leading Indian conglomerate is seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations at its Ahmedabad, Gujarat facility.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned supply chain professional to take on the role of Head – Supply Chain. This is a senior leadership position responsible for directing and optimising the full spectrum of supply chain functions within the organisation.
The selected candidate will be expected to provide strategic oversight across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor relationships, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity at scale.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing end-to-end supply chain operations
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Overseeing procurement, warehousing, and distribution functions
- Building and maintaining strong vendor and supplier partnerships
- Driving cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives
