Head – Supply Chain
A leading Indian conglomerate is looking for an experienced supply chain leader to head its supply chain function based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
About the role
The employer is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head – Supply Chain at its Ahmedabad, Gujarat facility. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and vendor management. They will be expected to drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and process improvements across the supply chain function.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the complete supply chain function
- Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Overseeing procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Building and maintaining strong vendor and supplier relationships
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
