About the role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the end-to-end talent acquisition function across the APAC region for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) business vertical.
The successful candidate will be expected to build and execute regional hiring strategies, partner closely with business leaders, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all markets within the APAC footprint.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the regional talent acquisition team across APAC
- Developing and implementing scalable recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders within the REMS business to forecast hiring needs
- Driving improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
