About the role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the Compensation & Benefits function. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and governance of the organisation's total rewards framework, ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
The role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in rewards management, including salary benchmarking, incentive structures, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable regulations. The incumbent will work closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to shape policies that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
- Lead end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy and operations
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary band reviews
- Design and manage incentive, bonus, and variable pay programmes
- Ensure statutory compliance across all rewards-related matters
- Partner with senior leadership and HR teams on workforce planning and rewards decisions
This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and is suited to a seasoned professional with a proven track record in compensation and benefits leadership within a large or complex organisation.
