This is a leadership role suited to an individual with a strong foundation in specialty coffee and a commitment to delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, upholding recipes and presentation standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the coffee bar. The role also involves training and mentoring junior baristas to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team.
