Head Barista

The Fresh Factory is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Barista to take charge of its coffee bar operations in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This is a leadership role suited to a coffee professional who combines technical expertise with the ability to inspire and manage a team.

As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup. The role involves upholding the brand's standards for taste, presentation, and customer experience.

• Lead and supervise the barista team on a day-to-day basis
• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and specialty beverages to a high standard
• Train junior baristas and support their professional development
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings where applicable
