- Lead day-to-day coffee bar operations
- Prepare a range of espresso-based and specialty beverages to a high standard
- Train, supervise, and support junior barista staff
- Maintain equipment, hygiene standards, and inventory management
- Uphold and reinforce the brand's quality and service benchmarks
