The Fresh Factory is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Barista to take charge of coffee preparation and bar operations at their Lucknow location. This is a leadership role suited to someone with a deep knowledge of specialty coffee and a commitment to delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.
As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily coffee bar operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every beverage is prepared to the highest specification. The role involves direct hands-on work behind the bar as well as guiding and mentoring junior barista staff.
- Lead and manage the coffee bar team on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
- Maintain equipment, hygiene, and quality control standards
- Train and support junior baristas to uphold brand standards
