- Lead and train the barista team to deliver consistent, high-quality beverages
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and other coffee specialities with precision
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock for coffee supplies and related ingredients
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld at all times
