Head Barista

The Fresh Factory is looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join its team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role is suited for an experienced coffee professional who can take ownership of barista operations and maintain high standards of beverage quality.

As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the barista team, ensuring consistent preparation of coffee and other beverages, and upholding the brand's service standards on the floor.

• Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations
• Maintain quality and consistency across all beverages served
• Train and mentor junior baristas in technique and service
• Ensure cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to hygiene standards
