In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of coffee and beverage offerings while ensuring consistent quality across every cup. The role involves overseeing day-to-day bar operations, maintaining equipment, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor junior barista staff, providing hands-on training and guidance
- Maintain high standards of beverage preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all coffee equipment
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage offerings
