About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to take charge of all coffee and beverage preparation at their Lucknow outlet. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in specialty coffee, an eye for consistency, and the ability to lead by example on the floor.
In this role, the Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day coffee bar operations, ensuring every cup meets established quality benchmarks, and maintaining hygiene and equipment standards at all times.
- Lead and mentor junior baristas, providing guidance on technique and service
- Manage coffee preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all coffee equipment
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings where applicable
