As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day barista operations, training and guiding junior staff, and upholding the brand's standards for coffee preparation and customer experience.
- Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations
- Prepare and serve a range of coffee and beverage offerings to a high standard
- Train new and existing staff on brewing techniques, equipment use, and service protocols
- Maintain cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management as required
