Head Barista

The Fresh Factory is looking for a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join its team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This is a leadership role suited to a coffee professional with a strong command of espresso-based beverages, brewing techniques, and café standards.

The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day beverage preparation, maintaining consistent quality across all coffee and drink offerings, and ensuring an excellent experience for every customer. The role involves guiding and mentoring junior barista staff as part of a collaborative café environment.

• Lead and manage the barista team during daily operations
• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and presentation
• Train and support junior staff in beverage techniques and service
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and hygiene standards are upheld
