As Head Barista, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day coffee bar operations, maintaining consistent quality across all beverages, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

• Lead and mentor the barista team to uphold high service and preparation standards
• Manage coffee equipment, supplies, and quality control
• Develop and refine the beverage menu in line with brand standards
• Train new team members on brewing techniques, presentation, and customer service
