This position is for a Guidewire PolicyCenter (GW PC) Configuration Developer who will work on configuring and customising the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform to meet business and client requirements. The role sits within a global IT and business consulting organisation and involves close collaboration with functional and technical teams.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute across the full configuration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, and testing of Guidewire PolicyCenter modules.
- Hands-on configuration and development work on the Guidewire PolicyCenter platform
- Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver robust insurance solutions
- Participation in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Adherence to best practices in Guidewire development and software delivery standards
