This role sits within the Global Sourcing Solutions (GSS) function and focuses on identifying and engaging top technical talent to support hiring goals across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for proactive candidate sourcing, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfil technical roles. A strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, Boolean search techniques, and candidate engagement strategies will be essential to succeed in this position.
