About the role
The employer is seeking a GSS Tech Sourcing Recruiter on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis to join the WWAS Talent Acquisition – C Sourcing team. This role is responsible for proactively sourcing qualified technical candidates to meet hiring demands across the organisation.
The selected candidate will work closely with recruiting partners and hiring teams to build robust talent pipelines for technical roles. Core responsibilities include executing sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels to identify passive candidates, and delivering a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
- Execute end-to-end technical sourcing for assigned requisitions
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Utilise sourcing tools, databases, and networks to identify top candidates
- Track and report sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness
This is a fixed-term contract position suited to a sourcing professional with a background in technical recruitment who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
