About the role
The employer is seeking a Tech Sourcing Recruiter on a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) basis to join the Global Shared Services (GSS) team within the Worldwide Amazon Stores (WWAS) Talent Acquisition – C Sourcing function, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
In this role, the recruiter will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging qualified technical talent to build robust candidate pipelines in support of hiring goals across the WWAS organisation. The position requires a strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and the ability to operate effectively within a large, fast-paced global recruitment environment.
