A leading private sector bank is looking for a Gold Loan Valuer to join its team in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal. This position plays a critical role in supporting the bank's gold lending business by accurately evaluating gold collateral submitted by customers.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing the purity and weight of gold articles, determining their market value, and ensuring all valuations comply with the bank's internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct accurate valuation of gold ornaments and articles presented as loan collateral
- Ensure adherence to prescribed valuation standards and banking norms
- Maintain proper documentation of each valuation activity
- Coordinate with branch staff to facilitate smooth gold loan processing
