About the role
This role is positioned at the L2 level within the functional consulting practice, requiring a professional who can independently manage and deliver consulting assignments across relevant business domains. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing client business processes and identifying areas for improvement or optimisation
- Providing functional guidance during solution design, configuration, and implementation phases
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions
- Supporting testing, training, and go-live activities as required by project timelines
- Preparing documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides
