A Full Lifecycle Recruiter I role focused on university talent acquisition, responsible for end-to-end campus recruiting to bring early-career candidates into the organisation.

About the role

This position sits within the University Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for campus and early-career hiring. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and hire top university talent across relevant programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates through the full hiring cycle
  • Campus engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with universities, student groups, and academic institutions
  • Stakeholder management: Collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines
  • Data and process: Tracking pipeline metrics, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and continuously improving recruiting processes

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or campus recruiting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
