A Full Lifecycle Recruiter I role within the University Talent Acquisition team, responsible for end-to-end campus recruitment across the organisation.
About the role
This position sits within the University Talent Acquisition function and focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for campus and early-career hiring programmes. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify, attract, and onboard university talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full recruitment cycle — from job briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, student bodies, and campus placement cells
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop targeted attraction strategies for early-career candidates
- Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to drive continuous process improvement
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in campus or volume recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data-driven hiring practices is expected.
