Full Lifecycle Recruiter I – University Talent Acquisition

This is a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I position within the University Talent Acquisition team, focused on managing the complete recruitment cycle for campus and early-career hiring programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring university talent, partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to fulfil entry-level and intern requisitions.

• End-to-end ownership of the campus recruitment process
• Collaboration with the University Talent Acquisition team
• Engagement with universities and student communities to build talent pipelines
• Coordination of interviews, assessments, and offer processes

This role is suited to a recruiter with a strong interest in early-career hiring and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
