Full Lifecycle Recruiter I – University Talent Acquisition

This is a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I position within the University Talent Acquisition team, focused on managing the complete recruitment cycle for campus and early-career hiring programmes.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging student and graduate candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers and university partners to build a strong early-talent pipeline.

• End-to-end management of the campus recruitment lifecycle
• Engagement with universities and academic institutions to attract top student talent
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates
• Coordination of interviews, assessments, and offer processes for university hires

This role is suited to a recruiter with a strong interest in early-career talent strategy and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
