This is a Full Lifecycle Recruiter I position within the University Talent Acquisition team, focused on managing the complete recruitment cycle for campus and early-career hiring programmes.
The role involves partnering with hiring managers and university relations teams to identify, attract, and hire top student and graduate talent. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing interview processes, and ensuring a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer acceptance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for university and campus hiring
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and academic institutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
