About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the recruiter will own the complete hiring process — from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions within the AWS organisation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong pipelines of qualified talent, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business units within AWS
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive the offer and closing process
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within applicant tracking systems
