About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions within AWS.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process. A strong focus on data-driven decision-making and pipeline management is expected.
- Own and manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles within AWS
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and set recruitment timelines
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
