Full Life Cycle Recruiter – Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer acceptance.

In this role, the recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality candidates for positions within AWS. The ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience is essential.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all stages of the hiring lifecycle
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through a variety of channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pipeline status
