About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will own the complete recruitment process — from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding coordination — for positions across AWS business units.
The recruiter will be responsible for building strong pipelines of qualified candidates, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring journey.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to define hiring needs
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and provide regular hiring updates
