Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the recruiter will own the complete hiring process — from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — supporting AWS's rapidly growing business units.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build robust candidate pipelines. A strong ability to assess both technical aptitude and cultural fit is essential to success in this position.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles across AWS teams
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and deliver regular pipeline updates to stakeholders
