About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will own the complete recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions within AWS.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring cycle.
