About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions within AWS.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. A strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluate talent
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of pipeline activity
