Full Life Cycle Recruiter – Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units within AWS
• Source, engage, and pipeline qualified talent through various channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
• Ensure a consistent and positive experience for all candidates
