About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
In this role, the recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across AWS to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. A strong focus on candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices is expected throughout the process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business units within AWS
- Source, engage, and evaluate candidates through a variety of channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and set hiring timelines
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on pipeline status
