Full Life Cycle Recruiter – Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination — for positions across AWS business units.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles within AWS
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels
• Collaborating with hiring teams to define role requirements and set expectations
• Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics to drive continuous process improvement
