About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the successful candidate will own the complete recruitment process for AWS business units, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and secure top-tier talent.
The recruiter will be responsible for all stages of the hiring cycle, including:
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Conducting initial screenings and coordinating interview processes
- Managing candidate experience and communication throughout the pipeline
- Facilitating offer negotiations and supporting onboarding activities
This position requires a strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting practices, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
