About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders across AWS to identify and attract top talent. A strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting practices and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously are essential to success in this role.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units within AWS
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
