About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will own the complete recruiting process — from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding — for positions across the AWS organisation.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional experience to every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define role requirements and set hiring timelines
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within applicant tracking systems
