In this role, the recruiter will own the complete hiring process — from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions across AWS business units.
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of managing high-volume and complex requisitions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
