About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition function in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will own the complete recruitment cycle — from initial job briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding handoff — for positions across AWS business units.
The recruiter will be expected to build and maintain strong talent pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process. A data-driven approach to tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics will be central to success in this position.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct structured screening and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams
- Drive offer discussions and ensure a smooth pre-boarding experience
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and report on key hiring metrics
