Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the recruiter will own the complete hiring process — from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — supporting AWS's rapidly growing business units.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and business functions
- Source and attract candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessment processes with hiring teams
- Drive offer management and ensure timely closure of open positions
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
