About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will own the complete recruitment process for AWS roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to identify and secure top talent.
In this position, the recruiter will be responsible for all stages of the hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing offers through to successful onboarding.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for AWS positions
- Source and engage candidates through proactive outreach and talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
