About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
In this role, the recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders across AWS to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. The position demands a proactive approach to building talent pipelines and delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple channels
