Full Life Cycle Recruiter – Amazon Web Services

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process, from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders across AWS to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. A strong focus on candidate experience and data-driven hiring practices is expected throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units within AWS
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on hiring progress
