About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition function in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will own the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and onboarding coordination — for positions within AWS.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines. A key focus will be delivering an excellent candidate experience while maintaining high standards of hiring quality and process efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within AWS
- Source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and evaluation criteria
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on hiring progress
