About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the successful candidate will own the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening through to offer negotiation and onboarding — for positions within AWS.
The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. A key focus will be delivering an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining high standards of speed and quality throughout the hiring process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for AWS roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and set hiring expectations
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within applicant tracking systems
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage
