Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Full Life Cycle Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the recruiter will own the complete hiring process — from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination — for positions across AWS business units.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Source and engage active and passive candidates through various channels
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system
